Roy is former Partner & Executive Vice President of The Protocall Group.  He has over 48 years experience in the Staffing Industry. The Protocall Group became the largest staffing industry provider in the Southern New Jersey Market. He and his partners sold the business and retired in December 2020.

Roy is Founder and Chairman of the Affiliated Staffing Group, aka ASGroup, a national staffing industry network of non-competing independent staffing companies located throughout the United States and in Canada.  The mission of ASGroup is to “share best practices” among members to consistently improve customer service and efficiency of operations. In 2022 the membership has grown to 37 top; staffing companies with annual revenues from $8M-$495M.  Collectively the membership employees over 1 million staffing employees.

Roy is still active in the Southern New Jersey Business Community serving on the Board of Trustees for Samaritan Hospice, and on the Advisory Board for Liberty Bell Bank, a Bank of DelMarva Bank. The Bank is a community Bank with assets of over $1Billion.

Roy was on of the founding members of Samaritan Healthcare and Hospice in 1981. He stays active beyond his Board duties  as Co-Chairman of the Samaritan Hospice Annual Golf Fundraiser for the past 15 years and also serves on its Strategic Planning Committee.  

Roy resides in Ship Bottom, New Jersey with his wife Pamela. They have three children Zachary, Abbey and Rice.
