Ben Ferguson is a member and the President of Personnel Placements Holdings, LLC (PPL) a staffing and recruiting firm based in Jackson, TN. PPL services employees and clients in TN, MS, AR, and KY with 12 branches and multiple on-site locations. Ben began his career in the staffing industry in 2005. Ben also serves at the Chairman of the Southwest Tennessee Workforce Development Board and currently serves on the State of Tennessee Workforce Development Board.

Outside of staffing, Ben is passionate about educating youth for success while creating a thriving ecosystem for entrepreneurs in West Tennessee. He is the co-founder and CEO of theCO a non-profit entrepreneur center, makerspace, and coding bootcamp. Ben serves as Chairman of the Board of Servant Directors at Northside Church and has served on the boards of many other local organizations. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and Stetson University. Ben his wife Holly and their daughters Elena, Holland, and Piper are proud to call Jackson, TN home.
