Roy Fazio is Partner and Chief Marketing Officer of The Protocall Group, a staffing industry services company, which provides jobs to people seeking temporary, contract and full-time positions throughout Southern New Jersey and in Phila-delphia and suburbs.
Since 1965, Protocall has been placing people throughout its four core entities, which includes Protocall Office, Protocall Industrial, Protocall Technology, Protocall Healthcare, and Protocall Homecare.

Roy is a founding member and the chairman of the Affiliated Staffing Group (ASGroup), a national staffing industry net-work of non-competing independent staffing companies lo-cated throughout the United States. The mission of ASGroup is to share best practices among members to consistently im-prove customer service and efficiency of operations.
Roy is very active in the business community and serves on the Board of the Southern New Jersey Chamber of Com-merce, the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce Eco-nomic Development Committee, as well as the Board of Trustees for Samaritan Hospice, Board of Directors for Lib-erty Bell Bank and is on the Executive Committee of the At-lantic Baseball Confederation Collegiate League.
He serves as Chairman of the Samaritan Hospice Annual Golf Fundraiser for the past 11 years. Roy was awarded the Community Leader of the Year designation by the New Jer-sey Hospice and Palliative Care Organization for his dedicat-ed service to the Samaritan Hospice Board and its Golf and Strategic Planning Committees.
Roy resides in Medford, NJ for more than 25 years with his wife Pamela. They have three children Zachary, Abbey and Rice.
